Gaddo is an IT and telecoms professional, who specializes in both the mobile and Internet technologies spheres. Over the years Gaddo has worked for Vodafone, O2, Openwave, dotMobi, Opera Telecom and the European Commission, amongst others in various business and technical consultancy roles.

Back in the last millennium he took an interest in the mobile industry and discovered to his dismay that online resources were few and far between. It was this (and the fact that he had a domain name that he hadn't put to good use) that prompted him to put together a Web site that brought together various mobile business and technology articles and resources - funded by nothing more than vast quantities of espresso.
